Waiting patiently for parts, I had called several times to see if they have arrived. After 10 working days I called again they told me not here yet. I ask if they could track my shipment, after 15 min on hold they came back to phone said that my part was here must of came in day before..That was a 200.00 part I've ordered frm them before but never again

I would rate them 2.5 stars if it was available. The sales process was great on my Kubota. After that it went downhill. It took over a month to get an in stock tractor and then when it showed up it was not prepped properly (in fairness it was assembled at the main store and this store never saw it but it should have NEVER went to a customer the way I received it), loose bolts, radiator hose leaking, water pump hose leaking, hood gasket loose and things generally thrown together. I fixed most my self but the water pump hose leaking was also due to a bad bolt on the pump. Their delivery truck was also conveniently broken for over a month so I had to rent a trailer to drop it off and pick it up at my own cost. Once I got it there I thought their service was pretty good minus them not filling the radiator bottle back to normal after a leak. They at least fixed the main issue.nnI also find their general team knows very little about Kubota tractors. Every time I had a tractor question They had to go find one guy in the back and ask him. It just seemed like they wanted to sell ATVs and SXS.

Parcs had exactly what I needed. Mike is a great salesman!
