Food was good that’s why the one star, but the service was terrible i had ordered some apple slices and paid and didn’t get them, also had asked for some side sauce didn’t get them nor did i receive any napkins... and the lady at the window to hand out the food was very rude
Was here around 320pm today, the heavy set older lady working counter was very nasty and rude to me for no reason at all. I won’t be coming back here. Hire people who can actually be friendly in the customer service field. I’ll be going to Morgantown now and avoiding kingwood location
I waited tonight for ten minutes at the drive thru after they answered and said one minute i would still be waiting there if i didn't ask if they were still there.I then placed my order and had to wait another 15 mins to get my food.I only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a happy meal .I was also the only person in the line,if they were busy i would understand but tonight was terrible customer service.
They forgot my sweet sour sauce
This visit our order was correct and the food was hot. Very pleased. And the meal deal we purchased was a great value.
