I recently worked with Clear Mountain Bank on purchase of a new home in a new state that included setting up new checking accounts. I have banked all over the US and have never worked with a bank that was so easy to work with in person and remotely. Their associates were extremely professional, helpful and best of all friendly. They definitely are #1 in my book and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who needs banking services.

Clear mountain is one of the worst banks i have ever had. Their app NEVER works, and if you can log into it, the mobile deposit doesn't work, when we originally went to the bank to apply, they didn't listen, got the wrong address, even though we repeated it four times. In person. Charged us for their mistake and tried telling us we owed them thay money anyway.Frankly can't wait to leave. Do yourself a favor and don't. Just don't.
We've been banking with Clear Mountain Bank for about three years and they've been great every step of the way. The staff are always courteous and helpful, deposits and transfers always hit fast and there Mobil app is awesome. We had a difficult time finding the perfect bank... But we finally found it with Clear Mountain Bank
