Excellent Service!!!! Went above to help us complete our rental. Without the van our vacation would not have been comfortable. Thanks again Chris and Logan!
They closed up the Clarksburg location in the middle of my rental, a few days earlier than I was to return the car, meaning that I drove further than I had to for nothing. They are overwhelmed and need more staff now that they are one of the few locations in North Central WV to rent a car. They could do so much better as a company, but Anna was just a lovely person and a trooper throughout all the mess!
Excellent friendly service at airport Hertz in MorgAntown. They made you feel like a part of the Hertz family within minutes. Enterprise said they had a car for us. But when we arrived, no car and they didn’t even apologize .

No stars she was so rude!!! I had a reservation to pick up today Aug 14th at 2:00p.m to rent until Aug 21st. Had my conformation number drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and she tells me there are no available cars.
