I was assisted today by Mark! What an outstanding employee! He was extremely helpful, had great customer service, and excellent communication! Very glad he was the one to assist me getting my new phone!!! I recommend everyone to see him, not only was he outstanding and helpful but also knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I asked, and explain everything to me clearly!

Will never go here again. They do not wanna talk to you not unless there selling your service. You try to return stuff back and they try to give you a cold shoulder and act mad about it. Never seen so many rude workers in my life. I guess that’s happens though when your working off of commission. There still no need for it though. Will not ever be back!!!!

These people acted like we were not even there! Employees did not care to talk or assist you in anyway. Stood outside for 45 min in 35 degree temperature and still no interaction (sign on the door states “please wait someone will be with you”....what a joke)! Finally, I went inside and made contact; they acted like I was a bother to them! Go to the Bluefield VA store.... never come to this store unless you have no other choice!

I will just buy my stuff online because they don’t stand by what they say!!! All they care about is sell something. I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 12 when I got it and they said it had a lifetime warranty on it but when I had to get one they said that was not the one I bought. ( such bull)

My father and I went in to get new phones and we walked out with a cheaper bill, and more perks as well as two new phones. We had our previous phones for a few years so we were ready for new ones. The associate Russ, I believe was his name. He was very kind and knowledgeable on anything we asked. It’s nice when you can be helped by an individual who knows his stuff yet won’t BS you as if you don’t know yours. He was very up front and got us in and out with like I said, a cheaper bill with more perks. It also helped that it was a beautiful day for curbside service!! Awesome service in Princeton!
