I had a quick wait time.nThe people who worked there where very helpful and friendly.nWhen I messed up with my online banking while setting up my account I got help right away, just took a 30 second call to fix my issue. I'm currently very happy with this bank.

Was there today. I seen some cars parked out front & people walk in so I thought they were open up. I figured I would go ahead & open me a checking account while I was there taking care of other business if they were open. I got out & went to the door & a lady with black hair was talking to an elderly lady so I waited. When I proceeded to ask her if they were still closed she just shut the door in my face & locked it. Finally got to the drive thru window after waiting forever then turned to look only to see 4 of the workers standing there talking to each other. I made the statement no wonder people can't get waited on. I started to say something about the door deal but I just let it go. Guess I will be opening my account at a different bank when they open back up. This is not the first time I have pulled up to the window & workers be standing there talking & leave you sitting. Don't even deserve one star in my opinion.

Slowest bank ever. Be prepared to wait a very long time if you intend on banking at this bank.

The app crashes at least 3 times week. It puts me in the hole when i know i’m not. When i call about it they have no clue what’s happening or how to help. CHANGING BANKS FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING.
