I AM WRITING THIS IN RESPONSE TO JAMES COOPER'S RESPONSE TO MY REVEIW. FIRST OFF, I DIDN'T TRY AND GIVE MY SON ANY ADVISE, BUT I DID CALL MR. COOPER ON SERVERAL OCCATIONS TO ASK WHAT HE WAS ACTUALLY DOING FOR MY SON, WHICH WAS NOTHING. AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE MR. COOPER, I CAN POST OUR TRANSACTION AND HOW MUCH WAS SENT TO YOU. I RECALL SENDING YOU OVER $2500 TO START THE CASE, AND YOU DID NOTHING. MY SON LOST EVERYTHING IN THE DIVORCE, YOU DID NOTHING BUT STAND THERE LIKE A BUMP ON A LOG. SO I AM NOT SURE YOU HAVE US CONFUSED WITH SOMEONE ELSE, BUT YOU DID NOT PROVIDE WHAT YOU WERE PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS FOR YOUR KARMA WILL COME FOR ME COMMENT, I HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR KARMA TO COME AFTER ME, YOU ON THE OTHER HAND TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND DO NOTHING, KARMA WILL COME FOR YOU FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR RIGHT! IT WAS A MISTAKE! MISTAKE HIRING YOU!!!! AND AGAIN, I LIVE IN COLORADO AND HAVE FOR OVER 23 YEARS, AND WE DID PAY YOU, ITS ON OUR BANK STATEMENT, YOU SHOULD WATCH HOW YOU TELL LIES, I MIGHT DECIDE TO SUE FOR DEFAMATION! YOU LIE, AND YOU DID NOTHING FOR MY SON, NOTHING. I WOULD SAY IT IS TIME TO RETIRE!!!!!!!!!!!

Giving a friend the run around . Taking fees for poor service extending losses that could have been capped .

I am from Florida. I had to close an estate and convey a piece of real estate.nMr. Cooper was timely, proffessional and fair to deal with. I am consulting him again in another matter and am using him again.nMiss Patty in his office is also very kind to deal with.Mr Cooper has been a lawyer for decades and knows his business.

Not being from this area and finding it difficult to assimilate with the locals, it was a breath of fresh air to meet Mr. James Cooper. He could understand my problems and has, in the past, given me excellent examples of how certain forms should be filled out and where they needed to go. He and his secretary, wholeheartedly thanked me for my 27 years of honorable service as a Green Beret and the also offer military discounts. I will be using him as my only attorney for personal and business, should any more problems come up.nThank you Sir,nDana

I want to make sure no one wastes money on this Attorney. We hired him to assist with a divorce. He did absolutely nothing to assist with the case! In fact, when the soon to be ex and her boyfriend started selling marital property, we contacted the attorney and he did NOTHING! All this guy does is take your money and pretends to work on your case. When you get upset, he and his receptionist Patty, tell you, it is a process. Not kidding, but you have to make sure your client, who is paying your, rights are being protected, hence why you hire an attorney. Do not hire this guy, he will take your money and do nothing!
