Poorly ran and maintained, plus apparently Jeff Roy, who's is in charge of/owns the facility is a terrible business man and manager in general. I know people that have signed up for sports programs for their children and Covid-19 caused some to be postponed or canceled. Mr. Jeff Roy apparently isn't big on returning people's money when they request it back because they didn't get what they paid for. BBB needs to look into this bad business owner.
Nice facilities, but poorly ran.n-They open at 9:00am on Saturdays...I show up at 9:15am and it is locked. I call in and I'm told someone is supposed to be there and he says he will be there in 10-15 minutes...I waited 25 minutes and left.n- Hours posted on the front door and online are incorrect. Posted hours say they close at 9:00pm M-F. They actually close at 8:00pm/

Still terrible. Charged me 10 dollars for a day pass. Out dated equipment. Don't waste your time or money supporting a lazy organization that deserves to be shut down.
DO NOT use this gym! I was a member here and accepted a job with the Air Force in Texas and they refused to cancel my membership until I had a utility bill with my new address on it. I offered to send them a copy of my job offer and that was not good enough. The problem is that moving often requires temporary living situations that do not provide the documents they require. So I paid for months of a membership I couldn't possibly use from 1000+ miles away. Poorly managed and out of date equipment as a bonus. Even with the drive from St Albans to Nitro planet fitness is a better deal.
