I bought the black & white Leopard sweater from y’all. Today as the very first day I’ve worn the sweater. I’m a school teacher, not rough with my clothes. The right sleeve ripped from my wrist to my elbow up the seem. I did not get caught on anything so I’m extremely puzzled how did this happen. There was not any strings hanging. I’m disappointed and would like to know how can this be repaired ?nnI received so many compliments on the sweater today and in the faculty meeting. I had attached a photo of the sweater to show the issue. I just would like to know how to repair it because I have never had an issue like this. Thank you in advance.

If you aren't in a hurry for your items then and like rude customer service when you simply asked a question about shipping and canceling an order then this is the place for you!!! I work in customer service and if I was rude like the owner is then I would have no customers!!!
