Compared to my experiences at other dealerships, I wouldn’t say that this dealership is any different as far as the process of getting the car fixed. I personally had the typical experience of going to a dealership for car service. As far as customer service, I personally was treated with respect. I felt more heard here than anywhere else that I have gone for help. I didn’t have to bring anyone in with me to help me. They did an honest job. I want to thank the auto mechanics and the service department for helping me and doing an honest job. I know that if there is something wrong with my car here they will fix it and do exactly what I want them to do.

To say Chris “Duke” is absolutely amazing would be an understatement! He’s extremely personable and charismatic which is great to have while going through such a tedious and major decision. I was scheduled to meet with someone else that day (they were out) but I actually feel lucky that he was my salesman instead. It didn’t feel like it was just another sale for Duke, but more like someone genuinely wanting/getting the best deal for you. They were quick and plugged my tire, that was causing a slow leak, for free. Amazingly, they have a restaurant with decent food at low prices to eat while one waits. I enjoyed the Brazilian Burger.

My best friend and I came to shop for a new vehicle. We were helped by the nicest gentleman, his name is Louis. We highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new car in the Boston or MA area to sit down and talk with Louis.
