My experience at herb chambers Honda was excellent!! I can’t complain I came in needed to do two things on my car and got it with NO problem. Employees were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. One employee did an awesome job explaining to me other things that my car needed done. I believe his name was Dj Jackson. He was very friendly And made me feel very comfortable. Definitely returning there for other car services and recommending to my friends and family ud83dude42

Went in on a Saturday and had my new car by Tuesday, both Travis and Wilfredo made my buying experience super quick and smooth. Ask for Travis next time you're looking to buy at Honda Boston, he was reliable, communicative & made sure to go over all of the features of my Accord during delivery. Will definitely be going back!

Sean DeSilva was my service advisor at my last service appointment. He was very professional and attentive. I appreciate how honest Sean was about my car's service needs, most of which I already knew about prior to Sean bringing them up at my appointment. Sean kept me up-to-date on my car throughout the service appointment. Sean and the service team's ability to deliver my car in the time they quoted (with a few minutes to spare) was unmatched. I sometimes go to this dealership to service my Honda for the sake of convenience, and more often than not it's a frustrating experience. The team members give me little to no information on the services they propose for my older vehicle and they don't explain things well. I feel taken advantage of. There are dealerships I trust but this is not one of them.

Dahl Jackson is so nice and let me know what was needed and got it done. and my experience with Jose was the best experience buying my car he took the time out to make sure I was happy with my purchase and on due time. I even brought my friend and Jose took care of her also. We are satisfied customers. Its important how customers get treated and both of them are a blessing because of there hospitality knowledge and determination. I will definitely keep referring customers to herb chambers. Keep up the good work
