I don’t think they know how to work a curbside lol. Was waiting there for a while so went inside and all the employees were just standing and talking

I would give Eagle Pass Walgreens no stars if I could. On January 27, 2021 my elderly mother went to Eagle Pass Walgreens to pick up her meds that should have been just over $140 with insurance but Walgreens charged her credit card the full amount which was over $700. Shouldn't have been a big issue if she would have gotten some cooperation from the pharmacist who was no help at all and did not allow my mother to speak to a manager after requesting to speak to one. Then the pharmacist disappeared to the back and never returned. The lack of professionalism from this pharmacist is unacceptable. My mother called United Healthcare to try and resolve the issue. I am in Houston TX so I can't be there to help my mom resolve this unnecessary issue. Hopefully United Healthcare can help her. I pray Eagle Pass will get a CVS soon.

What is the hold up on filling prescriptions in a timely matter? Every single time I’ve gone to pick up a medication, it has never been ready even when it’s been sent a full business day ahead from our doctors. Instead of providing a solution, Grisandra told me I can choose a different pharmacy. When I I asked to speak with the manager I was put on hold then disconnected. This location needs help in the pharmacy bc they are an inconvenience to me when I have to spend my time going back and forth just to get my medication.

I've not had to use the pharmacy part so can't speak to that, but the store itself has almost anything you'd need for a quick fill in.nnIt's usually not busy therefore a great alternative to HEB or Wal-Mart. Not as many products as those other stores but more than your typical convenience store.nnThe building is clean inside and out.
