The food was really good, but I waited in the parking lot for 50 minutes to pick it up. There was another car that pulled up just after I did that was still there after I left, so it wasn't just me. Perhaps they had a lot of delivery orders that put them behind. On the positive side, the employee immediately came out when I parked to find out who I was so she could bring my order when it was ready. She was very friendly.

We decided to order a pizza on Oct 13th from the new Domino’s on Indiana which is close to our home. It was absolutely the worst pizza we have ever ordered out. The poster board thin crust ( no kidding, the crust was the thickness of poster board) was burnt around the edges and the pizza tasted burnt. I am sorry we tried this location.

I waited and waited for them to bring the pizza out while I watched it sit on a shelf cooling. Finally I went in to get it only to have the employees yell at me because I didn't have my mask on. If they'd done their job, I wouldn't have been inside. That's the whole idea of contactless pickup! I called the general manager to complain only to learn he didn't even know his delivery area.nnOrder somewhere else. They don't care here.

Placed my order online after setting up account. Took all my information. No problem. I usually call, but had been ill for three days. Really hungry!! It is now 2 and 1/2 hours with no pizza yet. I put the transaction on a card. I called my usual Dominoes but they had nothing. They said it may have jumped ahead to another store. How do you check that out?! Anyway I will ck to see if my card received the charge. Hopefully, there is an answer to this. I give a first chance to everyone, but I’m not happy .

I had never had a problem with dominos until recently. I get that mistakes happen but there is always something missing from my order. I always call up there as soon as I see that something is missing. This last time they told me they would credit my account because they were closed and the delivery drivers were already gone but I literally called within 5 minutes of receiving my order. They did apologize but I felt as if it wasn't sincere and they were just trying to get off the phone with me. I am not sure what is going on because they use to be better.
