Food is consistently great, manager is exceptional. Had to post this review before I even ate my food. Highly recommend this place, well worth the price every time. If you haven’t tried it, try it, you won’t regret it.
This was our first time eating here and we LOVED it! The place is really nice! They greet you when you walk in, and the food was AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Gabby for the great customer service!
Food is good, the last several times we have ordered I have called to ask for condiments and confirmed with the store that they were including the condiments. As well as put it on my online order form. When the food arrives with no condiments and no utensils it sucks. I don't know what else to do to get some dang sweet and sour sauce. This was my first time trying Chop Chop!! Everyone was so friendly and professional!!! The Food was delicious. The only reason I rated a 4 is because they forgot my jalapeño but was a fast and easy fix. Little did I know there big verify of sauces had a perfect amount of spice and the jalapeño were not needed. The portion of food is great even had enough to take home for lunch tomorrow!! So excited to have tried this restaurant!!!
The only thing satisfying thing about this place is the customer service, beside that ZERO stars. This food has NO FLAVOR!!!!! I am highly disappointed. The noodles taste like straight soy sauce and nothing else. My 5 year old who eats anything and everything didn't even want to eat his food.nI do not recommend this place to anyone.
