ok never had a problem with them until today paid for 75 dollars worth of food on the app it took my money and waited for it.. two hours later no food so called them to see what had happened they said I never ordered anything and our name didn't show up the lady was rude on the phone so I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was going to get the manager and hung up on me I want my food made or my money
I am sure that it would have been good but the dining room is closed so I did not eat there
Placed .my order ....but when I got there they didn't have it ...said I never placed it...or I didn't give a name....they didn't.ask my name.... but on the phone they gave me a time ...a price and a very nice thank you for my order.nnMcdonald's blew them away on customer service .nnDef won't be back to pizza hut booooo
Great prices and speedy service
Worst pizza hut we have ever been to. Poor customer service and the manager was horrible and did not take care of the situation at all. Didn't even deserve a one star but had to put one so I could make a comment.
