Nothing to special
Not one lollipop in sight. For a party supply store I would expect to see more stocked. Good thing I wasn’t planning a party cause those shelves are empty! I just needed to get my kid a lollipop.
Need more customer service oriented staff. I was looking around for items for my sons birthday party and saw a “welcome” sign with no price.nnI asked the cashier for the price, to which she said she doesn’t know and proceeded to ask someone else..that person also replied that they didn’t know and suggested that I should look it up online.nnThe store was empty as the store had just opened...not one person offered to go get the sign to check the price.nnI then picked the sign up myself, carried it to get scan to find out the price of the item and then placed it back where i got it from.nnFYI....Good customer service goes a long way.
We love Party City! We get all our kids party stuff from here, in-store pickup is on point! We get all our balloon there too!
