The visit was going great until my toddler, who is potty training, needed to use the restroom...the restroom was closed. I asked an associate if my son could use a restroom which they did not let us. I'm sure it's some policy BS, but some exceptions should be taken into consideration. We left a basket full of items we were going to buy because of this situation.

My favorite Ross location due to the flow and consistent location of items. Baby stuff is in the baby area etc. The dresses are always better for some reason at this location compared to the slide.nProfessional wear best location.nSummer Dress, less sales and just random items slide is the location for that.

Selections for looking for a cap was successful. CDC rules were followed. Staff had mask on. There was a guard between customer and register clerk. Mask wearing was encouraged at the entrance. It was crowded. I had to stand by a long line. It took 10 minutes to checkoutnThere were 3 register staff. It still takes time to checkout. Place was clean but I found different items in wrong place. Prices in general were low.

It was clean and smelled good, but being the holidays toys and clothes were everywhere. Not trashed, just busy. The line was to the other side of the store(fitting rooms), but by the time my friend and I finished skimming through the toys and books/paints, the line died down. Even when we were done shopping the line was moving along. Those ladies and gents were working hard and you could tell. GREAT JOB EVERYBODY! AND FROM MY FAMILY TO YOURS, MERRY CHRISTMAS!ud83cudf84 The only thing I did not appreciate was the restrooms were shut down, which I understand, but being 6 months pregnant you could've done a one person limit. Just saying. ud83dude01

Nastiest store BY FAR! && rudest staff you could possibly imagine. Just hateful people working in it. I don’t know the store employees name, but my son was looking at a hat and she snatched it out of his hand and went on with her business. The associate number on my receipt is 468072. I will never come to this store again.
