I’m from out of town and forgot two of medications at the airport while traveling here, and the pharmacy staff here were nothing but amazing helping me get my prescriptions filled! Shoutout to Brady who was working the pharmacy register — he was so helpful and kind!

The pharmacist told me my prescription was not able to be filled and that all locations where out. I went to a different location and they got it filled in less than 10 minutes

I arrived at the pharmacy one minute after they closed on a Sunday evening, the store was still open, the pharmacist was still there and she refused to give me my prescription. It was for a 2 year old that was vomiting all day and we had taken him to an urgent care, I tried to explain this to the pharmacist but she was not willing to help. The prescription had not been entered into the computer so I wasn’t able to transfer this to a 24 hour pharmacy. I asked the store manager for help and he said he had no authority over the pharmacy and their operations.

This pharmacy shorted me 60 pills on a 90 day supply. They got paid, I got shorted. They won't fill the order and I cannot refill my prescription with my insurance for 39 days (you have to be 75% through your last refill). Looks like I will be without my medication for 38 days. I will not use this pharmacy again. I would recommend that other customers count the medication they give you while sitting in the drive through.nnI spoke to the Pharmacist, Store Manager and no help. They offered to refill my prescription but it would be over $250 out of my pocket. I may have to do that but it won't be with Walgreens. I called corporate and they took notes and said I would get a call in 2 business days. We will see.nnAfter calling corporate and filing a claim through the BBB, they called on the following Monday morning and said I could pickup my 60 pills. Thank you.
