I use to love it here and always ate here growing up. We have been customers for years. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and was delivered a pepperoni and sausage. When I called to let them know about the mistake the lady in back was arguing with me and the guy that answered saying she wasn’t replacing my pizza although they messed it up. I love supporting local and always will but it’s unfortunate how rudely I was spoken to. If things improve, I would love to come back and give my business.
Today I ordered a pizza and spicy wings. They forgot to add the wings, I called them and they said that they never charged them. I was like, it’s not about you charging something you didn’t give me, it’s about you not paying attention when I order something. They denied the allegations, they weren’t responsible enough to acknowledge that they messed up my order. I see a lot of “Poblano” last names in the reviews, giving this business 5 starts and asking others not to pay attention to the bad reviews. Isn’t this how you improve your business?? By listening. I guess acknowledging and improving is not in your best interest.
The sauce and cheese are great, but they could do better on their crust. It's very plain and gets hard and tough to chew if you don't eat it right away.
Once again. I stopped buying here along time ago. I decided to give it a chance again, but no improvement in service or food. I am all in supporting local businesses, however, local businesses have to take care of costumers as well.
Hey cry babies, great service why do you not complain about Walmart and Panda Express and also bank long lines..
