Recently rearranged/renovated, flows better. Could use some improvements but it’s a good place to grab stuff and go, I usually don’t spend more than 10 minutes in here. Good store to have near my girlfriends home.

Above average Family Dollar. The ladies here are more professional & have better customer service than majority of the family dollar store in El Paso. Which I Greatly appreciate, but I didn't get the big wow or they go beyond to give a 5 star. If anything a 4.5 stars

I am assuming family dollar doesn’t require any type of previous customer service experience to work at the Eastlake location. The employees will make it a point not to address you and when they do, they are completely rude and dismissive, or don’t even know where things are. I’ve encountered one employee in particular that will not say one word to me during the entire check out transaction, even the bare minimum of giving me my total. It’s actually very uncomfortable, I only go here because it’s close to my house, but never expect any help. I sincerely hope reviews like this prompt performance reviews, or a change of staff all together, customer service is non-existent. I’m only giving one star review because I couldn’t post this without selecting one.

Always busy store so product availability is low at times. But tonights staff was courteous.

Family Dollar is great ! I always find things I need on my own. Sometimes the staff does not direct you or say they don't have it...even when I explained what I was looking for. I asked ...what isle would be in...if they had it? She told me...Sure enough, I looked and it was there! A white, wire organizer that hangs from the shelf for added space ! Maybe she was new though...
