Always know they are going to do a great job.
This place is exceptional! I failed my inspection for tires. Boy, was I embarrassed. I took my vehicle straight over to Town Fair Tire. I was greeted by a fella named Dallas. He took a look at my car, showed me some options, really went above and beyond making sure I picked the right option. Car was ready to roll about an hour or so later. I'll never go anywhere else ever again.
Very happy with my purchase here. Tires are great! Carter and the staff were very accommodating.
The service is always amazing. Dallas and all the other amazing employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Always my first place to go!
TerriblennWorst of all - all 4 tires were left loose. Not torqued down at all. Discovered this when getting my oil changed a few days later.nnUp sale attemptsnHidden cost for alignment - over the phone was told alignment is included normally a $60 value - what they don’t tell you is the free alignment is only front end. They try to up sell all wheel alignment for an additional $60.nnWas told to come pick it up it was ready - got there - they had to put it back on the lift as they “forgot” to do the alignment. Was told it would only be another 20min - kept me waiting for 50min. No apology. Also left my car behind the shop and not out front so when I went out to get my car I couldn’t find it at first. Had to go back in and ask where it wasnnAll around sh*t service and dangerous techniciansnnDO NOT GO THERE
