I had a wonderful experience with Imperial Hyundai. I worked with William and he was very kind, friendly, and determined to get me the best deal possible. He was always available to talk when I needed and was clearly very knowledgeable. I live quite far from the dealership, and they were able to work with me mostly over the phone and made everything extremely clear and easy to understand. I have no complaints at all about the service I received remotely. The reason I made the review 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait time. I had an appointment specifically to sign paperwork scheduled and I arrived early, but I wasn't seen by a finance person for at least 2 hours and I was only in the office with them for about 10-15 minutes. The response I was given was that there was a walk in that showed up before I did, so they prioritized them instead of me, which was frustrating as I live far and drove there just to sit and wait. I will say that once in his office, I felt no pressure from the finance person and I felt extremely comfortable throughout my entire visit. Although I waited a long time to have my appointment, I was well tended to by staff and William, making sure I had any last minute questions answered. Overall I am very excited for my new car and will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I recently bought a 2021 Tucson and I had a great experience. I worked with Ahmed and he was very polite and professional and worked with my family on finding our ideal car. His communication was great and kept in touch with all the details every step of the way! If your looking for a great deal, go down and ask for Ahmed!

Highly recommend this dealership and my sales rep, Ahmed, was wonderful! Super helpful, kept me right in my budget and got me exactly what I was looking for, and was really great about helping me get my payments where I want them. These guys are no BS, they're just looking to get you in what you want. I bought my car on Tuesday, and picked it up Wednesday after work, couldn't have gone smoother! They're great and super helpful with people building their credit as well!

I went to Imperial Hyundai to check out some new and used vehicles, wasn’t really sure what I had in mind to buy. Mike, a sales associate, immediately greeted with a friendly smile and asked what I was looking for. I gave him some ideas and we looked at a few cars. He found me the perfect car for my family, a Santa Fe, at a great price and his customer service skills are exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to head to Imperial Hyundai, the staff is warm and friendly and very helpful. Don’t forget to ask for Mike! He truly is wonderful at his job and you won’t be disappointed.

Lays from the dealership was the best! She helped me and my daughter get our dream car! Their front door delivery service was the icing on the cake for us. They walked us through the whole process, making sure to explain everything. They offered wonderful warranty’s to protect my car, and the pricing was so budget friendly! Highly recommend the great service, and the family friendly environment.
