Friendly service and good food. Great atmosphere.
If no stars were an option it would be that. Waited for over an hour to get food to be picked up from the “fast food” restaurant. Even had to call the restaurant because the bite squad chat said the store was behind on orders only to find out that the store had 4 orders waiting to be picked up and was waiting on a driver. Requested multiple times to cancel the order after an hour of waiting and the chat person refused stating that, “ my driver is there now” but when I said I was on phone with store was then told by chat person that the driver is almost to the store. Very poor service Uber eats gets orders wrong sometimes but at least they are getting orders delivered in a very reasonable time.
Please congratulate Cesar, Laredo driver. He was courteous and professional - he was patienced while we had some rouble answering the door. Food was in warmer like it should be. Thank
If I could give less than one I would. Food is always wrong or missing. Try to give them a chance to make it right but finally realizes I was waisting my time. Try Door Dash
Food was on time fresh hot and delicious, you can order from 50+ Laredo restaurants and Bite Squad will get it to you still hot
