Fast and awesome! I made an order of 30 pizzas and i went to pick them up flawlessly.
Employee was having trouble finding my order I placed on the app. Supervisor was a little too busy to help her so we waited and waited till someone else stepped in. My order was somehow not able to be pulled up but was eventually found somewhere in the system and in some oven. It was still edible.
My bf went through the drive through and was handed a few dollars short of the change he was supposed to get back. Right now, everyone is struggling financially. It really doesn’t help that your cashiers don’t know how to count change.
Worst experience ever. Place my order and was asked to wait 10 minutes for an order of crazy bread. 15 minutes later had to go back inside the store and to have the person that took my order did not attend to me. A different employee explained the crazy bread order was not place or done. After 7 pm at this hour there was a lot of business. But I asked to speak to the manager and she said your speaking to her. So I asked for a refund and seemed to have bothered her. So she gives me the money. And then did not give no chilli packs or cheese packs and turns around and leaves me there. Apparently the people that are left in charge should be trained a little better to treat customers with a bit more gratitude.
Great food but they need to answer phone they take long n thiet are always in a rush an they make mistakes like my order was wrong
