Certainly got my steps in todaynEscalator out and had to walk the whole store to get the elevator. What I intended to purchase was at the home storenAnd had to walk half the mall to find it. Hooray, I was able to buy it and then some.nOver all, I had a good experience..thanks

Macy's always has my favorite brands and then they also do really good specials so I feel like I pay Walmart prices for designer clothes and to top it off the ladies always help me and get the best deals possible to save me money

There is this redhead lady who i think is in charge of the purses at the first floor and when i was at customer service I approached her and she completely ignore me. All I wanted to do was ask a question about some items that I was interested in buying. This is not the first time she has done this. I am consistent customer and I think they NEED new management and all round new employees( except the shoe department, There was man whom attended me really well when I need find shoes for my mom).nGoing back to the lady with redhead, sometimes when go inside the store and I would see her presence would make me feel unwelcome. I feel much better shopping at Dillards now because of how uncomfortable i feel and at Dillards you can tell the management and employees have it together unlike Macy's.
