I visited this place for the first time(on Thursday at 4:39 p.m.) to plan my son's birthday, I inquired about the specials for birthday parties. I spoke with the manager on site and to an older lady that was at the register. I stated that the party was for 5 people and the manager at the place stated that there would be no problem. I visited the place on monday to confirm but now there was a younger person at the register and he informed me that the minimum for birthdays parties are 10 people and that he will call the manager, I spoke to the manager(over the phone) and the manager refuse to honor their own offer. Because I wanted to make my son happy I decided to pay the extra charges anyways, but the manager informed the front desk employee over the phone to his surprise not to take my money and to not allow me or my party to get services until she arrives at the location which the employee stated that it would be a 30 minute wait. The manager also mentioned that there is no corporate that she is the end of the line. In my opinion This is not the way to start a business or to treat your clientele. As an experienced reviewer having visited hundreds of places and with over 14,000,000 views, I have never been subjected to this kind of misstreatment, not only it was unprofessional but unprecedented as well. I will not reccomend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. For evidence I'm providing the flyer which nowhere states minimum party requirement see for yourself.

I took my granddaughter she had been eager to go for a while The staff was awesome Both my husband and I have many physical impairments and didn't want to play with my granddaughter So they offered to have one of the employees play with her She had a ball She won and she can't wait to go back It's a new place so go by and have fun
