I ordered pizza from this store. The driver drove past my place. It took longer than expected. He was also very rude. The driver's name is Jack.....That right there was my original review for this location. I have decided to update my review to a more positive one after checking my bank account to see how much I was charged for my order. When I checked how much I was charged the night before, I noticed they only charged my card for the amount due for the pizzas minus the tip that was supposed to be applied for the driver. At the time, it felt so insulting to me and it made me feel like my money was no good to this Dominos location. The next morning, I checked my bank account to see how much I was charged, I noticed that I was charged the correct amount including the tip for the delivery driver who's name is Jack. It made me feel better which is why I wanted to update my review to a positive one.

First time I've really been frustrated here. Ordered several pizzas online. Over 50 minutes goes by which would be ok but the online tracking said it was already delivered. Every time we called to see what was going on we were put on hold. Not a short hold, wasn't asked to be placed on hold, we were just put on hold. Finally 20 minutes after the online status showed delivered the pizzas show up. In that 20 minutes we never were able to speak to anyone while waiting on hold.

Horrible delivery time....I live 1/2 mile from the store and it took 25 minutes to get my food and then to top it off the food was warm and that is being generous and then when I called the guy that answered the phone had nothing but excuses and attitude. This will not happen again since I will look for a new pizza place to eat.

As usual Domino's Pizza hit the spot. It's great Pizza. Especially for the price! I get the carry-out special 799 plus tax three topping large. And then today the service was excellent. Great staff thanks guys.
