Pizzas spent from 6:48 pm to 7:33 pm in quality check; I called the store for the second time at 7:33 pm and was told by Lulu that the driver had just left. The pizzas were delivered soon after, at about 7:40 pm.nnThey were barely warm at best, and the chicken had to be reheated. The best part was when Lulu insisted that the online app is not very accurate.nnAfter your last performance, I only ordered because some people wanted Domino's, they are now also unhappy with your overall service.nnThe first time I called the store at 7:27 pm, I spent 5 minutes and 47 seconds listening to your over-perky advertising only to have someone at the store pick up and drop the call without even talking.nnOrder from here for cold pizza.
I love this particular Dominoes location. They are always fast and the food is always delicious. I've ordered here at least once a week for the last 4 years and only one time was there a mistake in the order. When I called them about it, they were very pleasant and made things right. I recommend this location highly. The employees, drivers and managers are all wonderful and strive for customer satisfaction.
Placed order at 10:10pm, app said 1.5 hours. It’s New Years, I get it.... store called at 10:30, said it’s a 2.5 hour wait. If I cancelled, it’s 3-4 days before I get a refund. SMDHnFine, I was very polite, said “fine we will deal with the wait. Sorry y’all have to work New Years, hope you have a great night”. VerbatimnIt is now 2:40am. I don’t know if I can just say f it and go to sleep, or if they are going to show up 4.5 hours later. I’m mean... seriously?????nI heard through a neighborhood group this location was under new management, but obviously it’s not true.nLast time I ordered maybe 6 months back, they sent the completely wrong items that we did not eat. Mgr called weeks later and claimed he would refund our money. SHOCKER!!! Never received a refund. In my opinion, they are thieves at this point.
If you like to wait two and half hours for them to deliver your pizza, then this is the place. I called a few times to ask for an update and I keep on being lied to. Once my pizza and sandwich arrived, pizza was cold and sandwich was hard. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to anyone. Order at your own risk.
I ordered my food like I normally do. Part of my order was the bread bites. I specifically added marinara sauce and paid extra for two dipping sauces. The delivery driver forgot to bring them. My wife called and spoke to a representative. We were informed that a guy was on his way. My bread bites got cold and are no longer fresh. I called again to request a new order of bread and the sauce, as the box states specifically they will make it right. When I call the store, someone keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. I understand maybe some people hate their job, but this is completely unacceptable. This is unprofessional and I will gladly take my business with a company who will make it right. This is not how you take care of customers.
