Just ordered first time 04/28/20. Ordered hot wings warm and mushy. They should be hot and crispy sadly they wasn't. Ordered pepperoni pizza and was hot and delicious with a soft crust. Also ordered nacho sticks and were delicious and spicy. Overall good but please teach your drivers not to pull in the driveway that just gets under my skin. Drivers should always park on the street.
I'm so glad to see a Mr Jim's in my area again. These guys make the BEST pizzas. Online ordering, easy to operate site, the food is always hot, fresh and fantastic. The only place I'll order pizza and salads from for my family! Fast and friendly service and ordering online has its discount perks!

Ordered via Uber eats and overall was a bad experience. The pizza was burnt and they didn’t deliver the drink I paid for.
Well, to start off with, opened the box and my pie had obviously not been cut. I'm in the process of moving and didn't have a pizza cutter available so i had to cut the entire pizza with a butter knife. That was funnI had ordered thin crust, which is traditionally crispy, but this pizza was the softest most limp thin crust I've ever had. There wasn't even a hint of crunch in a single bite.
