Pamela S Fernandez Attorney

Met Mrs. Fernandez back in 2010/2011 I believe when I came across a string of bad luck. She worked with me and worked wonders for a very reasonable price. Used her again in 2018, 2 state jail felonies. She got one dismissed and another reduced to a class a misdemeanor. She knows the law....and has always kept in contact with me in a timely manner when her services were required. Worth every dollar and I keep her card in my wallet. She was Court Appointed and did not have anything at Sentencing for a defense. But we were told not to ask for another Attorney, and there we were at Sentencing and she dropped the ball.

Things started off great with Pamela. She was engaged, had good communication, returned calls promptly and was just overall a good lawyer but then she changed. Now she is impossible to get in touch with! She does not reply to any emails, returns no phone calls, or anything. I had hired her for an expunction for which I paid +$600 but then she went away and moved out of her office! She is no longer at the location she was in North Richland Hills, she just hop and moved with my money and without telling anybody anything! I found this out from a nice lady who was close by to her location, I have been trying to get a hold of her for over a month now to figure out what is going on but to no avail. I just need to pay another lawyer again to do the job I had hired her to do. Terrible experience, please stay away from this lawyer!nnEDIT:nShortly after I wrote this review she contacted me and explained me to why I had not been able to reach her. Even though a quick email would have been seriously greatly appreciated it seems that it was all just a misunderstanding. I finally got to fill the document I hired her to do and complete the process so I updated my review to 4 stars.

I've been trying to reach her regarding my brothers case . He's currently incarcerated, and cant reach her , neither can I. I've called several times me and my mother, left 1000's of messages still no return no email no nothing . I'm starting to think she's working with the D.A on these cases especially after reading the reviews

I called text voicemails and still no response went to three different places that she’s listed under and none of them was correct it’s crazy cause all we trying to do is talk to you about our love one and can’t get a response
