Wow. Seriously this is the best Walgreens I have ever been to! Robert was able to help me out when there was a product out. he was accommodating and recommended me product to help me get my point! 10/10 customer service from Robert!

Normally things don’t get to me but tonight (9/16/20) is definitely the exception. My wife received an email concerning the status of her prescriptions. On one prescription there was a note saying “under pharmacist review”. We went to go see what was the issue. We talked to Adolf Maria, who informed us he was the pharmacy manager. He informed us that the refill was not to be ready until 9/24 but my wife had one pill left. He insisted that he was not going to fill the prescription early without some sort of doctor’s note and cited a Texas Law concerning his liability . My wife ,visibly upset, asked if there was anything he could do so she would have her medication. He said no and he was finished talking to us. So I asked if we got a doctor’s prescription, would he fill it. He said no and then this came out of his mouth. “I will have your doctor’s license. Do you see on the news all the doctors going to jail? That is because of pharmacists and I will have your doctor put in jail.” At this point my wife went to get a store manager. So I asked him again if her doctor was to write a prescription to fill in the empty missing days, would he fill it? He said no. Followed by it’s his decision on which medications to fill and which he doesn’t want to fill.nCan someone please educate me on how a doctor can write a prescription to his patient and the pharmacist has the option on whether he wants to fill it or not. His call.nThanks to Adolf’s extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, we will not be using this store again

I had an urgent situation today Tuesday 08/11/2020. I ran out of my prescription, and CVS (store # 2976) failed to inform me that the prescription I take is on back order and unavailable. I understand we are in a pandemic, but it would have been nice if I was made aware of the situation as the patient, so I wasn’t scrambling to try and figure something out last minute. They said the closest CVS that had the medication in stock was in Grand Prairie, which is too far to travel on such short notice. I transferred my prescription to this Walgreens (6350 Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX 76180) and Johnny was amazing! He was so kind, compassionate, and helpful with getting my prescription transferred over quickly. Based on his customer service alone, I’m really considering transferring my business back to Walgreens. The only reason I was mainly with CVS anyways, was because my previous employer had them as the preferred pharmacy. Thank you Johnny/Walgreens for helping me so fast and efficiently on such short notice. Keep up the great work! I appreciate this VERY MUCH!

Worst pharmacy department I've ever used. My doctor's office has had to call so many times to get them to fill prescriptions correctly. This time was last straw. Pharmacist makes it seem like everyone's fault but their's. Takes no responsibility. Amazingly bad reflection on their profession. Go elsewhere to get prescriptions filled.

What pharmacy closes at 3pm on a Sunday? Never using this location ever again.
