I will say in my honest opinion on a scale from 1 to 10 it would be a 7 or a 8. Here’s whynnBack then when this place first opened which I can’t remember, it was new and fascinating and I’ve never seen anything like it before but from the time when I was young, I always remembered it being kind of sloppy, I’m not saying it was messy as heck, but it was indeed messy. And to me I was like eh.nnThe reason why I kept coming back when I was younger was because it had nice selection, you can find name brand stuff for a lot cheaper and it really shows. But now, I think there’s a slight difference in the selection of clothes because the last time I went there, I would find the same stuff from the last visit or the visit before that but it wasn’t like the selection was boring, it actually had nice stuff.nnNow let’s talk about now, I like how they’ve improved the store as in actually renovating the store and remodeling it because it really needed it. And there’s more stuff in every section now, not a whole bunch but there are some new things that I like.nnThe only part I find rather strange or bad is that when the lines are long it seems to me there will be 2 to 3 cashiers checking out a group of 20 to 30 people, so I wish the team had more people at the cashier for more efficiency.nnBut other than that it’s a nice place, not perfect but I don’t mind going there again.

Love it here. Always have. It's always so full and welcoming. The clothes are nice and you can always find exactly what you want and more.

Have been a burlington fan for years, but this one... All i will say is OMG. Very chaotic, disorganized, and the lines are always wrapped throughout the store, extremely long lines and very slow workers. I have been here at opening, near closing, and mid day, always the same. This location is more like a rummage store, will find another location...

the bad customer service ever ,, when you buy something ur welcome but when you exchange it or return you got the bad service ever .. the same i got today from Gahry in the store in NRH.

If you are full to capacity then you shouldn't close early. We were there at 5 it says you dont close till 6. The sign on the door says your at capacity and closed. Well if you dont close till 6 then why not let some out then some come in. Instead you turn away business. Not very smart esp now days.
