A horrible institution. There in nothing coherent in their communication.
We went in to set up an account but couldn't because their "computers" weren't working.
They put us at a desk and had us 'try' to set up our own account. Then when it was partially set up and the computer froze, we were told we'd have to come back when their computers were working.
In the mean time we discovered that their resources couldn't handle our needs even though they said they could.
Clearly this in not a place to trust with your money. Everyone we talk with confirms the same "stay away from this place". Better a can in the backyard for your money.
Best bank to save your money with and service is great
I called for an appointment last week on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
Was told they would call me to set up the appointment.
Still waiting.
