The “control arm” on my sons Nissan broke. Bobby came to my house to see if it was ok to drive. It wasn’t! So thankfully we had AAA! Bobby gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. Then called me back to say the issue was subject to a recall by Nissan! Sincerely one of the most honest business owners. I called Bobby based upon all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. Called the shop last night and spoke to the owner and told him about my issue, he told me to bring it in the very next day. I dropped it off the next day, he called me shortly after I dropped it off, to let me know what my issue was, how much it was going to cost and when it will be done. Bobby's Auto Service and his team go above and beyond, in my opinion, he could tell I was stressed and put me at ease.
