So I went in today to get a tejana cleaned and shaped . There was a gentleman and a lady behind the little kiosk. The lady told me that it would be 20 dollars to get this done so I went ahead and agreed on the price. They told me if I needed this done now or if I could come back at a later time and pick it up. I decided to come back and pick up at a later time. I came back 4 hours later. Both of these employees were in the counter gossiping. They didn’t even bother to pay attention to me till about 5 minutes after I had been there staring at them. Whenever I asked for my tejana I noticed that they had not even started on it. The guy picked it up acted like he worked on it, bagged it and handed it to me. I asked him if he had cleaned it and he said that was another service that I had pay more for. when I had specified that I needed it cleaned and shaped. I didn’t argue with the guy because I’m not going to make a scene over 20$, but these employees have absolutely no work etiquette. So I basically paid 20 dollars to get my hat massaged and a plastic bag. Stay away from this place! I should have gone elsewhere from the start.

This store sells tickets for ok corral events and when they cancel they do not want to return the ticket money, they told me the third time I went and after many excuses that said the owner said they would return it to me if he came out in a video thanking them for averme returned my money for people to see because they were having a lot of problems for this reason and as I did not want they did not give me anything to be careful with these people
