We have been doing business with Walpole COOP for 30+ years on a personal and business level and have always been satisfied with their customer service and attention to detail. They are a fantastic local bank.
Rude, slow, debit card is constantly being put on hold without good reason and sometimes without notice, have to go through hoops to do anything and it took 2 weeks to get my new card. Theres been numerous times where i couldnt buy dinner or gas because it was marked as fraud despite numerous attempts to tell the bank that it is me. I have been with this bank for 14 yrs and will be changing banks once my schedule allows it.
Not sure why it takes 15 minutes to do a business deposit through a drive through. I come once a week and this is the longest wait for a single deposit. Slow staff and rude.
Business banking has hidden fees everywhere. Will never work with this bank again.nGo elsewhere
They only take customers within the area. Wish I was told that when I talked to them on the phone....
