great experience Heard a lot of great things about the company. First time coming here and James did not disappoint! He really knows his stuff and even found errors in past returns to get more $ back. He's patient with questions I had regarding the changes to the tax laws last year and gave pointers for the upcoming years. I will be referring him to my friends.e and very knowledgeable.
Got my info to him 2 months early. About 10 days before tax season was up he sent me a link to fill out more information. Ended up needing to file an extension. I ended up paying the money for my state taxes but he never actually filed the claim this is for my 2018 taxes. I had difficulty getting in contact with him in general and he left me a problem for a year later.
