I had such an amazing experience at this store; it was small but that’s how I personally prefer it to be. I was welcomed right away and treated so nicely. The young man that helped me was named Holton and he was very patient and helpful. He measured my feet and even put the shoes on my feet to try on! Never had that done before. I even bought my kiddo a pair of shoes. I will definitely come back to this store.

My trip to New Balance was for my mother. She is elderly and often times needs undivided attention. The young lady helping her was so good with my mother. She answered all questions, and I believe that sometimes she could read my mother's mind. We walked out with much needed shoes and a smile on her face. Means everything to me that she is happy.
This shop always seems to have my hard-to-find shoe size in stock in multiple styles. I dont mind paying retail pricing for the selection, availability, and service. Speaking of service, this shop is a classically set up shoe shop. Someone goes in the back, finds the shoes you want in your size, then laces them and ties them on your foot to see if you like them. World of difference compared to large box stores or discount stores where you have to search messy stacks of shoe boxes, seemingly for hours, to find your size, only to find one shoe missing from the box. I prefer the experience here much better.
