Shipped an order to a completely different address because they shipped it with my stepmom's order because it had the same name on it. When I asked my stepmom, she said it had not been received with her order. i edited my review based on they are sending a replacement
Owner was very rude. After being in the store for 30+ minutes he waited until my wife and I were separated. He then began shouting and trying to intimidate my wife and kids about not wearing a mask. Every time she began to talk he would interrupt her and start yelling. He got within 12 inches of my wife’s face as he attempted to display his dominance. Finally she got him to shut up long enough to explain that she has a medical condition. Eventually he took that answer, but not before losing a customer that was going to spend thousands there over the next 7 years of uniform needs for two kids. I will take my review down when he calls and apologizes to my wife. He should be ashamed after the way I saw him treat both a woman and her children, and a person with a disability.
We arrived right at closing.The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to make sure my daughters uniforms fit correctly. I would highly recommend this location.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got the right size uniform for my son . Even after I had to bring back the pants twice, the owner was super helpful on getting me the correct size. I would absolutely recommend this place!!
