Little bit of a wait but I think that’s because I came in while they were transitioning out of breakfast. Patties were solid and they have a good beverage selectionnn**ALSO** Going to a Jamaican restaurant for the first time ever without assistance from a friend is not for the weak. Bad customer service is synonymous with Jamaican restaurants, focus your reviews on the food alone and not on your interactions with the clerk/server.

OK. I'll admit it. I am addicted to FLAMES. I literally crave it throughout the week. I hit them up at least twice a week and sometimes more. The food is always so fresh and the people who work there are always friendly and outgoing. I was so excited when I saw they were opening a restaurant right in the neighborhood since I would always drive to their Mattapan location. I love their food. I always get the large combo plate of jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and cabbage. It's just so delicious.

I know they are still relatively new to open here in Randolph but they need to get their act together ASAP!This is the 3rd week in a row I went in to get lunch.I arrived each time at 11:45 becuase I need to be back at work by Noon.Each time they did not have the chicken or rice ready.Most of the dishes were not ready for that matter.This was the 1st time I actually got something and The food I did get was pretty good but I'd think by now they would be ready to serve lunch at 11:45.I will keep trying.

The customer service in this place is horrible. The building itself was freezing I was shivering and though the portions of the food are large they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and the food could have been better.

The flames on Huntington Avenue is the best one so far out of all in Massachusetts this one in Randolph.. the white rice was hard and the curry goat gravy was very watery and not very flavorful they didn’t have any vegetables only cabbage But no long line so the service was quick
