Unfortunately Chipotle was understaffed so while employees got permission to close at 7pm, my online order and payment went through at 7:15pm. Was then told I'd have to go online to get a refund. I know 2020 is an exceptional year but better management and oversight is required for this location.

My experience today was beyond disappointing. I ordered online to pick up at 7pm. I arrived at 7pm to a restaurant filled with people waiting for their online orders. I finally got my food at 7:20pm. I asked for a few extra ingredients, and I got less than what the normal portion would have been. I feel like I just wasted my money here. Not to mention it was my first meal since breakfast just to be so incredibly disappointed. Don't waste your money here.
2 stars was for the good food, but the set up in here at Warren st. 02368. Its a joke . You they are serving off of a 4 to 5 ft steam tablenCrunched up in there w/4 or5 people at a time , right know it is 1: 17 pm.nMy order is for 1 pm pick up. Unfortunately there on 12:30 time slips. What a joke. Since its online myself and the 15 to 18 people are screwed. Its a cluster &%#* show.nMike V
So my mom picked up a burrito from here today, and it was not even rolled. Kinda folded in half like a soft taco and sloppily wrapped. It was a nightmare trying to eat.
