I had a fantastic experience here a few weeks ago. We were looking at the clothing and found the perfect robe. It was a Ricky and Morty blue robe, which is one of our favorite shows. When we found it, it was priced for $100 but it was missing the rope for the robe. I asked the lady working if she knew if they had anymore in the back, since it was missing the rope and had small tears. I still was going to purchase it, even if it was the only one, but hoped I would be able to get a small discount if possible. The lady who helped us was, Shaylee (I hope I spelled it correctly) who turned out to be the manager was so friendly and helped us out. She told us that it was indeed her only robe, but still gave us a discount for the missing rope. Her customer service was excellent and the store was very clean. Thank you so much for the great service!
Bought an item that I was told by cashier was returnable with a refund if I had receipt, store credit if I didn't. When I came to return said items the cashiers told me they could not give a refund. Only credit. Had I known that in the first place I would not have bought that item. Very disappointed and upset with Spenx
Went in today to look around, and the manager Shannon, made a loud statement to her employee. She looks like another 15 year old confused!nVery rude and unprofessional!nWill not be back!
