Great, helpful staff who knew the right amount of attention to provide in order to make the sale.nSpecifically: they had my sizes in everything I wanted, and the staff was both helpful in finding what was needed, but also knew when to “give me space” as I tried things on (as opposed to constantly “checking to see if you’re okay” while barraging you with unsolicited items that “will look great with those jeans!”).nnAll in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am not much of a shopper, and I tend to go in knowing what I want. I prefer to get exactly that, and move along. The staff here allowed precisely that.nnWill definitely return to this location for my next pair of Buckle Jeans (which are about the only ones I wear anymore, as they fit correctly and the store alters them as needed/if necessary or preferred).nAwesome!
Love the buckle!! The associates are so friendly and helpful. Most of them all know me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I don't buy any jeans from anywhere else as they back the quality of their stuff. If you have a button come off, it doesn't matter how long you have had them, they will fix them for you for free. Love their loyalty deals too!!
