Overall better shoe selection for my older kid, the nike store in tyler didn’t have a lot of cool shoes and to the lady who worked Black Friday upfront thank you !!
Was told to leave because I didnt have a mask on , yet the girl telling me this had her mask not covering her mouth or nose
By far the best shoe store in the Tyler Mall. Great customer service, huge selection of shoes. Good looking for the newest Jordan Retro be there at 9 on Saturday or it's going to sell out.
I went into the store and was not greeted or even acknowledged for the 20 minutes in the store. I left and returned to the store to speak with the store manager. He quickly addressed the lack of service with the three employees. I've heard they had terrible customer service in the past but I actually witnessed it for myself.
