Great clothes. But very poor customer service. I walked around through several different departments, accessories, shoes, infants, children's ,women's, and men's. I was in dillards for over an hour and a half and had plenty of money to spend. I am a 49 yr old white female dressed casual. My hair was done very nice and so was my makeup. During my time there, only 2 employees spoke to me. The lady in Men's, and a young gentleman in shoes. They both asked me how my day was going. But no one in the store asked me if I needed assistance.
This was my first time to shop since Covid restrictions. I use a walker and my daughter was helping me shop for shoes. A young man, tall with dark hair and complexion, was extremely helpful. I didn't get his name but I would go back there to shop because of his helpful service and great attitude.
Was just looking
Dillard's is always great. I love shopping there. For everything especially for shoes, purses, clothes, jewelry, pretty much everything don't forget the home section.
