Been with them for four years never made a payment late 860$ a month. Right now struggling because of this covid asked them a guy in there told him my situation if they can refinance the suv to just get my payment lower a month. Told him about my situation he literally laughed at me. Do not recommend them.
I love my Credit Union. The App Crashes alot more than I like, then I have to go in and reset my password. Or have them unlock it, cause it locks me out! Other than that.. I have no Complaints.
My family's been with this credit union since the 60s, and after the last fight with staff/mangement, I promised to close every account we had with them. As of yesterday, I only have one of five accounts left to close and that's just a matter of getting some other stuff set up before I close it. I've been lied to by management, had to stand around waiting for service, received BS responses to easy questions, been needlessly put through hoops to get the simplest of tasks done...so my family and I'm done with this credit union. And the latest fees just took the cake!
Avoid like the plague! This place doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. Loan agents bounce you around while trying to pass the blame on anyone they can. Constantly need "one more piece of information", don't know how to check email for information sent and have a horrible attitude, especially Adreanna. After you find another bank suddenly they are able to do their job and want to give you the right info.
