This is was fist experience at one of their locations with my family. Needless to say the line might look long from the outside but I promise it moves very quick and efficiently. Unfortunately I was not aware of the lockers located inside for safe storage will definitely use one next time overall this was a great experience kids had fun and even the parents inner child’s come out there.
Okay, so the location is too small!! People are walking above you as you eat!! I ordered popcorn & had a fountain drink. They offer pizza, wings, slushies, and other dishes. The kids had a great time. I wish the location would renovate because there is not enough room for the attractions they offer.
I was there with my two boys today March 1, 2021 from 6-8 pm. In the time-frame of 1 hour there were two incidents where an older boy (looked like 14) punched a younger one (around 8-10yrs old) in the face. And another child was jumping on top of my son half an hour later on the trampolines for dodge ball. The mother of that child was sitting there the whole time almost cheering the fight!!! Great parenting!!! Management did absolutely nothing to resolve these issues. That place needs good controls in place to make sure all rules are being followed and there are no younger kids getting hurt from the older ones. This has got to be the worst Urban Air in the area. Just make the drive to Mansfield or Waxahachie ones. They're way better.nYou pay $25 per kid for the ultimate to be able to do everything and then when you ask to do rock-climbing or the rope course they it takes forever for the 1 worker to come out and mope on over there. Then he acts like its such an inconvenience do do his job and hook kids up. Makes the experience no fun. My son kept saying thank you and he didn't even acknowledge him or ever say anything to any of the kids. Also other thing where they jump on the big air bag was closed. The lady at the food was also rude to the person in front of us but we didn't ask questions so she didn't say anything to us.nI will definitely be sticking to the Waxahachie one.
The manager Zach is amazingly and it shows in how attentive his staff is. I have been to other trampoline parks and by far this was the best experience. Thank you Zach and staff!!!
