I frequent this location at least 4 times a week. I am giving them one star however due to the store operations.nThis location consistently has too few lanes open for customer use. They will have lines that are five people or more yet not bother expediting huge long lines. This means simply that the operations and scheduling are inadequate for store needs. It is not very difficult to properly plan staff needs based on store influx.nIn addition, in the evening they will force customers to use self checkout by making all cashier manned lanes unavailable.nShame on you. Management is inexperienced, unintelligent or worried more about profit than economy contribution and customers time.
