I have been inside this store multiple times. Two weeks ago I just bought an entertainment center from them too. Still no mask. I go in today.. Im asked to put a mask on if not i have to leave. All the employees need to be on the same page with this policy then. I have health conditions that prevent me from being able to wear one. This is crazy. And STUPID.
I was in the store for about two hours and talked to a few employees. While standing in line to check out, I was approached by an employee and was asked to out on a mask. I declined and told her I'd been in here, had a buggy full of items. She tried to tell me that I hadn't been in the store that long. She made another employee bring me a mask. I again, declined... She was the only employee with a issue. The other employee nicely checked me out anyways and she left with an attitude. I have an health issue that prevents me from. Wearing a mask. Now I can't shopngood will because of this one woman.
The staff are so hospitable. I seem to always find more than I was looking for. Prices are very reasonable.
Great second hand store with many good deals to be had. The staff is friendly and egar to help.
I frequently shop in Goodwill, but I will not be coming to this location in Willis again. I was just walking through and about 1/3 of the customers in the store weren't wearing masks. I also went to wash my hand before leaving and the bathroom was out of soap. That is totally unacceptable in the middle of a pandemic, so this location has permanently lost my business since they obviously don't respect human life and well being.
