Brisket was delicious but I had better, the real contender is the pork ribs very tender and seasoned welled and the green beans. If I ever find myself in Shiner, Tx again I will definitely be going back and also grabbing a shiner bock beer from the brewery.

Me and my whole family love that place. My sister and l love the ribs so much! The ribs are seasoned perfectly and always cooked the right amount of time. My parents love all the sides and really love the brisket. When you want something like brisket or ribs you really need to come to Shiner Barbecue Co.ud83dudc97ud83dude0d

Have eaten a lot of BBQ the last 8 years in Texas, by far the Mom & Pop’s BBQ takes 1st place among those I have ate at. The Ribs are moist, just the right amount of seasoning and you can pull the meat off the bone. The brisket cut can be lean or have a glaze of marble (fat) to it if that’s what you want!! The chicken whether dark or white meat is always tender and just the right amount of smoking so as not to dry it out over power the natural taste of the meat. The sides are always fresh, one of my favorites is their “giblet rice”, can’t ever get enough. One of the best kept secrets in Shiner, the only other thing to top off a plate of their BBQ on the weekends would be your favorite Shiner Beer, “ bob appetite”!!! ud83dude09
